This website does not collect personally identifiable information when you browse this website and request pages from our servers unless you voluntarily and knowingly provide it to us. This means that we will not know your name, your email address, or any other personally identifiable information just because you browse the website unless you access the website from a link in an email that we sent. If you access the website from an email link from us, we will know who you are based on the information you previously supplied to us.
This Website is not intended for children and we do not knowingly solicit or collect personally identifiable information from children. We do present information on this site for the reference of adults that are interested in activities at our resort for children.

We will ask you to voluntarily provide us with personally identifiable information (such as your full name, email address, telephone number) when you submit a Booking Request or email us. We will also use your email address to send a confirmation and, if necessary, we might also use other information to contact you for help in processing the reservation.

After personally identifiable information is voluntarily provided to us, it is stored using commercially reasonable security measures.

Except as disclosed in this Statement, we do not share, rent, or sell personally identifiable information you have given us to any third party without your permission. CANCELLATIONS & DEPOSITS
Cancellations must be made before 6:00 PM 48 hours prior to arrival. A one night deposit fee will be taken at time of booking. If reservation is cancelled and cancellation policy is met, the one night deposit will be refunded. An early departure fee, namely 50% of the remaining reserved nights’ fee will be charged if guests check out prior to their departure date.
Group booking cancellation policy
20% deposit is required at time of booking. Cancellation deadline is 2 weeks prior to arrival date in which case we will process full refund. The deposit is non refundable if booking is canceled within 2 weeks of arrival date.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is 3 pm. Check-out time is 12 noon. Early check-in and late check-out are by request only and not guaranteed. Guests must be at least 18 years old to check into the resort with valid I.D.
PETS
Pets are not allowed.
